Although a native Southerner, for many years circumstances forced 6 ft white rabbit to live as a foreigner in the North and Midwest. In 2005 his job took him to Nashville, Tennessee, and rabbit began working as a street photographer in an attempt to reconnect with a culture he had sorely missed.
In the years since, rabbit has ranged across Middle Tennessee and parts of Southern Kentucky, documenting the various fascinations and foibles of the people he meets. His intent is to convey a sense of familiarity, empathy, wonder, and deep love for a way of life that holds a special flavor, particular to this place and time.
